Deluxe Detail Pty Ltd (ABN 68 626 679 721) (“Deluxe Detail”, “we”, “us”) operates deluxedetail.com.au and our Oxley studio. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. 1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email and phone, when you submit an enquiry form, book online, text us, or call.
• Vehicle details, including make, model, colour and the protection you are interested in, so we can quote accurately.
• Messages you send us through our website chat and SMS service (provided by Podium).
• Website usage data collected by cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) advertising tools.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
• To schedule and manage your booking, including reminders and progress updates.
• To support your product warranty registrations (for example Gtechniq and Rayno).
• To run and improve our website and advertising, using aggregated analytics.
• To send aftercare guidance and, where you have joined The Deluxe Crew, membership benefits. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: our booking and quoting systems, messaging platform (Podium), payment providers, warranty programs (such as Gtechniq), and analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). Some providers store data outside Australia; where they do, they are bound by their own privacy obligations and our agreements with them.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

5. Security and retention

Enquiry and booking records are stored in access-controlled systems and retained while they are needed to provide our services, honour warranties, and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

6. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing admin@deluxedetail.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond promptly.
